John M. for Model Number Gsc23lsrc Water and ice dispenser will not work. The light above the ice button flashes green all other buttons non responsive. I changed the board on back of refrigerator and the only change was the light above the water started blinking in green. The system still doesn't work I don't want to keep throwing money at this and not fix the problem. Could you give me an idea of what this problem would be?
