Steve for Model Number PSS26LSRBSS Ice and water are working fine. I cannot switch between crushed and cubed ice, though. It keeps coming out crushed even if I hit the cubed button. Should I replace the dispenser interface or do you think it's something else?
Answer Hello Steve. You will need to check the solenoid assembly WR62X23154 in the unit and see if it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
