George H. for Model Number psc23sgrcss My main issue is that refrigerator will not dispense ice, cubed or crushed, but water dispenser works fine. All other functions on freezer door panel appear to work (door alarm light only blinks when set, is it supposed to beep too? ice is not jammed up. I removed auger motor and it works fine. Will replacing this part fix problem with ice dispenser? thanks
Answer Hello George. It sounds like the main board assemby WR55X10942C is bad. If you test the auger motor and it works good, but the motor has no power in the refrigerator, then the main board assembly is bad. It sends the power to the motor. Hope this helps. Read More...
