Stuart for Model Number PFSS2MJYCSS The in-door water dispenser does not work and the temperature control lights are out. Everything else works fine (temps in refrigerator/freezer fine, ice being made, lights on inside). Maybe the Interface Dispenser Assembly?
Answer Stuart, This issue would be caused by either a faulty dispenser control board or a faulty main control board. You will want to test the dispenser control board to see if there is 12 vdc getting to it. If not then check the wire harness connection at the top of the door hinge. If the wiring checks ok then the issue will be the main control board. If there is power getting to the dispenser control board then the issue will be the dispenser control board.
