Anna October 19, 2018 for Model Number PFSS5NJWASS hello, We had the little torsion spring (behind paddle board dispenser) come loose and fall to the ground. Weve removed everything in the area but for the life of us, cannot figure out how to this torsion spring goes back in properly. Weve scoured the internet, and to no avail. We see the paddle board dispenser but no where is the spring to be found. Please advise. Thankyou!
Stuart June 11, 2016 for Model Number PFSS2MJYCSS The in-door water dispenser does not work and the temperature control lights are out. Everything else works fine (temps in refrigerator/freezer fine, ice being made, lights on inside). Maybe the Interface Dispenser Assembly?
1 Answer Stuart, This issue would be caused by either a faulty dispenser control board or a faulty main control board. You will want to test the dispenser control board to see if there is 12 vdc getting to it. If not then check the wire harness connection at the top of the door hinge. If the wiring checks ok then the issue will be the main control board. If there is power getting to the dispenser control board then the issue will be the dispenser control board.
