John for Model Number SH208W0WW I have the knob timer assembly part # WH01X10064, to replace and I want clarification on installing it. The old one broke off and is still in there. It does not easily unscrew when I use pliers and try to unscrew turning counter clockwise. Any additional tips? Am thinking I could spray the end of screw with WD 40 and then try it. Thanks, John
