Carol C. for Model Number WWA8800RBL The knob on the washer does not turn well. It should make a clicking sound and turn. It does not turn because it is not engaging the wheel behind I guess. Is the part that needs to be replaced ( AP2011927) or is it the whole timer mechanism? Thanks
