Dennis, The timer knob would be the part that you would need if it is not engaging the dial to turn. To replace you will pull the knob out and there will be a clip behind it that you pull out. Once out you pull the knob off, put new knob on and reinsert the clip.

Steve, The most likely cause for the timer sticking at the soak cycle would be that the contacts inside the timer would be sticking and timer would need to be replaced.

Hello Carol. Pull out on the knob WH1X2757. Then using a ice pick or needle nose pliers, remove the clip from behind the knob. The knob will slide off the shaft once the clip is removed. Hope this helps.

Hello Roland. To remove the front panel you insert a putty knife in the seam between the top and the front panel about 4 inches in from the corners and press in and lift up on the top, once the top is up, remove the 2 screws holding the front panel to the cross brace, and pull out and up to remove the front panel.
