John H. for Model Number wwa8808mala I know that my timer knob and compression ring need to be replaced, will this repair ensure that the wash selection operation will now work?.....In the past the timer knob has binded and I've had to carefully play with the knob to reach the desired wash setting or, is this a timer unit problem/ failure......Many thanks for being out there to help!!!!!!!!!!!!......John
