Pattie for Model Number PDW 8680J00SS All the lights on my dishwasher door are working except the start button. What do you think the problem could be. I have ordered the module control Asm. but am hesitant to try installing it if it could be the Key Pad or a miss alignment of the latch.
Answer Hello Pattie. Most likely the door switches or the control panel is bad and will need to be replaced. Problem is the control panel is NLA. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
