Bill for Model Number PDW7800G00CC My GE Profile dishwasher trips the circuit breaker every time I push the "Start" button. All the wires appear to be OK (nothing frayed or bare). Could a faulty Control Module be the cause of the problem? You folks sell the part for $139 and I can certainly install it myself. I just need to know if that is a reasonable source of the circuit tripping problem. Thanks.
Answer Bill, While the issue could be with the control module, you will also want to check the drain pump and the connections at the heater to make sure that there they are good. If they check ok then the control module would be the issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, October 10, 2014
