It has power, all wires are secure inside the front door and under the dishwasher, both relay switches in the door switch unit check good. The circuit board's transformer has no power leaving the DC side (or is that normal?). Could it be the circuit board (module control) or the front panel? - Tony
Answer Hello Tony. Test and see if there is power coming to the control module WD21X10215. If so, and the controls doe not work, you will need to replace the module. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
