Jeff C. for Model Number GSD6960J03SS My dishwasher suddenly stopped working. The panel lights illuminate. When I try to use it, no matter the cycle chosen, water enters the unit ( I did replace the fill valve) and everything stops. The timer continues to count down with no washing taking place although the washing indicator light is lit. I then have to reset the unit to pump the water out. Any suggestions? Answer Hello Jeff. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the motor assembly WD26X10015 during the wash cycle. If so, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor assembly. If there is no power to the motor, you will need to replace the control module WD21X10215. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
