Travis L for Model Number PDW7800JO1-BB GE d/w has erratic display. Cycle times change , as cookware function will sometimes be 121 minutes --116 minutes. Normal wash function also has erratic times displays. Does the control module WD21x10215 need replacing, if so what is involved in the replacement process. Thank you for your help.
Answer Travis, you may not need anything at all. Your dishwasher is probably working "normally". Your dishwasher is equipped with sensors that react to temperature, suds, turbidity, etc. These sensor inputs to the control will extend or shorten the cycle as needed. You may want to start and run the most commonly used cycle empty no detergent etc., this will reset the sensor and control and return to the baseline cycle. Read More...
