Louie for Model Number Kenmore Range & Oven 911.9352190 All Range burners and broil element work OK on this oven. The bake element does not heat up at all. Checked the element and it reads 22 Ohms across the leads. with the element disconnected, the voltage across the leads reads ~ 25VAC. When connected to the element voltage goes to near zero. What do you think is the problem? The element appears in good condition. Thanks, Louie
