Lavonne for Model Number PSHS9PGZBCSS Is there a way to stop the water from flowing out when the filter is removed. Whenever I remove the filter I have to take everything out of the fridge and set a bucket in the bottom of the fridge to collect the water. What can I do to stop the water flow? Thanks
Answer Lavonne, The water should stop flowing when the filter is removed and if it is not then the filter head seal is bad. The 2 things that you could do is replace the filter head or pull the unit out and shut the water off to the unit before replacing the filter. Read More...
