Marybeth C. When I insert the replacement filter MWF into the cartridge, as instructed, and turn to the right until it stops, nothing happens. It does not automatically raise itself into position as it's supposed to. There is no noise of a motor engaging to raise it. It appears the motor is dead. Am I right in this assumption? If so, what part(s) do I need to replace/order?
