Chris Zimmerer for Model Number ZFSB23DRASS For several years, I could not get water from dispenser but ice maker was fine. Lately, ice maker quit so I tried a new water filter. Now I get ice again but if I ask for water, the water comes out on floor under refrig. I thought possibly it was the water valve so I remover rear lower panel. Water was coming down from above just above water valve and a little toward the front thru a crack. Thought I should remove large rear panel on rear of refrig but at bottom, the panel is riveted near bottom. No water dripping inside at filter where it screws on. Where do I go from here?
Answer Chris, You should check the water lines coming off the water valve to make sure that they are not spraying water when in use. Basically cracked or have a pin hole in them.
