Christen for Model Number GXWH20F It is impossible to get the filter cartridge off to replace the filter. I put it on by pass and and pressed the release button and used canister wrench to move it clockwise, but it won't budge. Had same problem over last year too. Why does it seal itself so tightly And how do I get it off?
Answer Christen, Unless the seal is just sticking to the housing would be the only reason for it to be hard to get off unless it is being overtightened.
