Kim for Model Number GSS25GSHGCSS Unfortunately, I can't look at the fridge I'm asking about because I live 2 hours from my renter. She says the ice maker and water dispenser are not working. Ice maker isn't making any ice at all and no water comes out of dispenser. Do you think this is a filter issue? THANKS!
Answer Hello Kim, yes if the water flow has stopped due to a clogged water filter that would stop the ice maker production and water dispenser use.
