Christine Plecha for Model Number GSE25HMHEHES The GE site lists the XWFE filter for my fridge but it doesn’t fit. The MWF filter fits but i have no water flow at the dispenser and no ice from the ice maker. What am I missing?
Answer Christine, The MWF filter will be the correct filter for your unit and you will want to make sure that it is screwed down completely. If it is but nothing flowing through it and the water is turned on then it sounds like there is a problem with the filter head and the filter head will need to be replaced.
