Gregory R for Model Number wvsr1060b0ww My washer has the original part on it a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the knob that lets you choose the wash cycle was stripped. I ordered all 3 replacement parts when I received the parts today I noticed the compression ring. The knob has notches on it and it mates with another plastic part that is how you choose your wash cycles. I do not think that compression ring can replace it. your answer please.
