Jamie C Westerville , OH March 13, 2018 Appliance: Model WBSR314ODWWW GE washer knob kept spinning I googled my washer model and "GE washer knob" and AppliancePartsPros was the only parts supplier that carried what I needed. So I watched the video located on the page where my part was, recognized that was exactly what I needed and ordered the washer knob assembly. The parts arrived, I watched the video again and installed the new knob assembly in less than 2 minutes. Now I am back to full time washing my clothes after a week down. So grateful!
