Judie for Model Number JB680ST3SS F3 code on electric GE oven. oven and broiler just quit. Lost partial power in storm a month ago. Is a temperature sensor all I need to fix?
Answer Judie, The oven sensor does sound like it would be the issue but you will want to test it. Disconnect sensor/latch connector from the control. Measure sensor circuit resistance at sensor/lock switch connector (should be ~1100 ohms at room temperature). Ensure each sensor lead to chassis ground resistance is infinitely high. Read More...
