Zack for Model Number JKP86BF5BB GE microwave oven/oven combo: The oven won't heat up. I bought a sensor, part # WB21T10007. I removed the mounting screws, but it doesn't pull through to facilitate disconnecting the plug. How do I access the plug to disconnect it and to connect the new one?
