Jj for Model Number jbp64bov5wh When control is turned to broil, the broil element gets warm but not hot. When turned to bake neither element warms. Surface elements work fine, so voltage is correct. All indicator lights on display are working, so I need to know if control is out or the oven sensor should be replaced?
Answer Hello JJ. Test for power coming out of the control to the elements. If none is there, you will need to replace the control WB27T10231 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
