Ned for Model Number JVM3670WF10 Hi! I would like a diagram, instructions or a video about removing the keypad panel for this microwave. I believe I may have to remove the unit from the wall (under cabinet mount) to access screws at the top of the unit - but don't want to do this, if at all possible. The microwave is not currently working but exhibited issues that indicated that at least one of the interlock switches was bad. I will check other components once I have gained access. Can you help with this? Thanks, Ned
Answer Ned, to remove the user interface, the microwave will need to be unplugged and the vent grill would need to be removed first. This can be done by removing the two screws that would be located on the top cover about 3" from each end of the grill. Once the grill vent is removed, a mounting screw will be visible on the side of the user interface that will need to be unscrewed. This will allow the user control panel to lift up and out to be able to access the door switches. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, July 7, 2020
