Hello Joseph, It would be very helpful to know where in the cycle the unit is stopping. You could have a water heating issue if it is 12 to 15 minutes into the cycle. When it stops, if it has water in it when it stops, you could have a drain issue. If it is empty, you could have a water fill issue. If you never hear the motor run during the wash cycle, you could have a motor winding failure. If you could provide a bit more information we can help you a lot better.
