Rodney for Model Number GSD4020Z02BB My dishwasher has power, but no lights come on when I latch the door to start up. I traced the power in the door and the black wire is hot going to the "Control ASM" and the "Sequence Switch" but there are no lights on at all. I suspect it's the Control ASM. The lockout switch clicks when depressed.
Answer Rodney, Ok, based on your post, we know you have L1 (power in) but, do you have Neutral (power out). Check for 120 VAC across the "D" connector(four pin connector) , pin 4 black and pin 3 white if you have 120 VAC across the wires, replace the control board WD21X10100. Read More...
