Dave S. for Model Number JE2160BF03 I have had to replace the switches several times (the small switches on the door latch). They seem to go out about every six months. This is getting kind of expensive. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Dave, The most common cause of these switches failing is when the customer using the door to stop the unit instead of turning it off with the button before opening the door.
