Dave S. July 23, 2013 for Model Number JE2160BF03 I have had to replace the switches several times (the small switches on the door latch). They seem to go out about every six months. This is getting kind of expensive. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions?

1 Answer Hello Earl. You will need to test the switches and see which one is bad on the unit. NC to COM should read closed and NO to COM should read open.
