J P. for Model Number jes1384sf06 My ge microwave stops , clock and timer still work and when you lift the door the microwave starts again, I think it is a switch but cant figure out the part number to order. Thanks
Answer Hello J P. Correct, you will need to test the switches to see which one is bad in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
