Be sure the freezer compartment is not below 0°F as this can cause condensation on the auger motor and cause stoppage. Also be sure to shine a light from the outside while looking down into the ice chute. If light can be seen, air can leak through and cause condensation issues. If there is any rust on the solenoid WR62X10055, it should be replaced.
