Ronda for Model Number GSL25JFPBS The door water/ice dispenser does not shut off so the water just keeps pouring out of the door. We stuffed a towel behind the thing you push to get the water and that keeps it off. Im just not sure what part I need to replace. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
Answer Rhonda, The most likely cause for the dispenser to not stop dispensing water would either be that the switch is sticking or the water valve on the unit is not closing. You would want to check the switch to make sure that it is good and if it checks ok then the water valve would most likely be the issue. Read More...
