Cindy for Model Number GSH25JFRFBB We were having problems with a clicking sound, water/ice dispenser not working and refrigerator/freezer too warm. We changed the main control board and the door recess crank. Everything is working again but it is only dispensing crushed ice not cubes. Any suggestions?
Answer Cindy, You will want to check the crush/cube solenoid which is located next to the auger motor to make sure that it is not stuck in the up position and that it is not damaged.
