Joe for Model Number HSM25GFRFSA Water and ice dispensor work for water and crushed ice only. When the cubed ice button is pressed you will still receive crushed ice. There are no ice jams and everything looks ok insed the ice bin. I thought it could be the dispensor switch but it seems this switch is only for dispensing water or ice and not for which type of ice is dispensed. Thanks for your help
Answer Hello Joe. You will need to check and see if the solenoid assembly WR62X23154 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
