Sharon GE Model number GSS25QSWSS makes ice but will not dispense to the dispenser on the door. Water has never dispensed but I know it's because it stays frozen. Just trying to figure out if it's the switch WR23X10783 or if it can be something else.
Answer Sharon, You will want to check the auger motor and see if there is power getting to the motor when the dispenser lever is pushed. If it is not then the issue would most likely be in the control board. If there is but is not turning then the issue will be with the auger motor. Read More...
