Mark for Model Number GSCS3PGXCFSS Both ice & water dispenser does not work. Problem has come & gone over several weeks & is back again. Display panel seems fully functional, but when dispenser is pressed, nothing happens....no noise, no ice, no water. Looked at the micro switch as possible culprit !? Thanks!
Answer Mark, With an intermittent issue like this, the first thing that you should check would be the wiring harness at the bottom of the door. Check for a loose or broken wire that could cause the unit dispenser to not work. If this checks ok then check the switch to make sure that it is good and has continuity when pushed in.
