Jim for Model Number GSC23KSTESS The water part of the dispenser does not work. The Cube and Crushed portion does work, but i cannot get water to dispense. I assume it is not the dispenser switch as it dispenses ice. Is it the door control module or something else? How can I trouble shoot this problem?
Answer Hello Jim. To test the switch You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. If you remove the hose at the bottom of the door and water comes out there, then the line is frozen inside the door on the unit. Read More...
