Al for Model Number GSH25GGCBWW I'm getting water flow to the bottom of the freezer door but not out of the dispenser. Ice is dispensing properly. Have had freezer temp up to 5 degrees for a week to see if it was frozen line that would defrost. Suggestions?
Answer Al, If the serial number on your unit is Between AF and AM then you can install the GE dispenser water tube heater WR49X10173 to correct this issue. If the serial number does not fall in this guideline the only correction for this issue would be to replace the freezer door other than letting it thaw but will more than likely occur again.
