Delmar for Model Number ps123mgwabv water dispenser presumably froze up .i used hair dryer ad kept activating switch to clear line.after a while i developed two pinhole leaks in the tank.when i hit the water switch the last time the water shot out.turned off power&water& replaced tank.put in plug & or filter. lights are on on door. doesnt feel like micro is activating&no pump no ice &no led with pressure on dispenser switch.what happened?
Answer Delmar, are you sure you didn't leave the water supply turned off, and the filter is properly installed? Next check the wiring harness and connections at the freezer door hinge to make sure there aren't loose connections or damaged wires. The next check would be to check for the low VDC from the main control board into the dispenser control board and dispenser actuator, with a multimeter.
