Tom for Model Number ZISS360DRGSS Water is dripping from the bottom of the freezer door. The water line connector at the bottom of the door is not leaking. Can the water line to the dispenser in the door be replaced if it is leaking? Do you have a replacement water line and a video that shows how to replace it?
Answer Tom, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not show the water line in the door as being replaceable separately from the door assembly WR78X10883. However, it would be recommended that the freezer evaporator defrost drain is inspected for an ice blockage. If there is an ice blockage, the ice would need to be cleared. Read More...
