Chris for Model Number GSH25JSTESS The water suddenly stopped coming our of my dispenser. Ordered and replace water solenoid per this site. Making noise/working, but no water. Unhooked water line going into freezer, push water dispenser and water flowing to there? Cannot get to the backside of the water line/dispenser as the freezer panel is glued? Is this a switch/panel issue?
Answer Chris, as water is able to come through the line that connects to the door, the issue would be a frozen water line in the freezer door. The dispenser tube heater WR49X10173 can be used if the following criteria is met (All metal liner SxS production built January 2003 through January 2007 [serial numbers AF through AM]: Models BSS, DSS, ESH, GSH, GSS, GST, HSS, SSS).
