Norm for Model Number GSHL5K6XBCLS The water won't always flow out from the cold water dispenser (the ice dispenser works fine though). I can get the water working by applying warm air to the unit but that only lasts for a few days and then it's back to no water flow again. Is their a replacement part that you can recommend?
Answer Norm. This sounds like a temperature issue or an insulation failure. Make sure the temp in the freezer is not too low, if the temp is too low you would need to find the cause for this.
