Anthony for Model Number ess25xgmbww My water is not dispensing. The ice maker is working fine. I checked all connections and there are no leaks and the filter is one month old. Any ideas?
Answer Hello Anthony, Pull the grill off the bottom of unit under doors. There will be a connector there. Have a towel available. Disconnect the connector and push on the dispenser lever. If water comes out then the water line in the door is frozen. If line is frozen you can install a heater kit WR49X10173 onto dispenser to keep this from happening. Read More...
