Answer Hello, is the freezer working fine or are both sides not cooling? If you are only experiencing temperature issues on the fresh food side, you will want to make sure you don't have ice build up on the evaporator coils. If you have ice build up, then you are having a defrost issue. The most common issue for your unit will be WR55X10942C. You can test the defrost thermostat with a multi meter MA-DM1, it should read close for continuity. You can verify the heating element WR51X10055 is working as long as you get a resistance reading.
