Helzing for Model Number GSH25JSXBSS I am having trouble getting my refrigerator defrosting. I hired a technician to fix it but it still doesn't work correctly. I am having to manually defrost the coils once a week or once every 2 weeks. I have replaced the heater and the mother board hoping that would fix the problem. I recently saw a video you have on replacing the defrost thermostat, would that be what is keeping my heater from turning on? I have done other research and found out that there are 2 temperature sensors in my freezer. What should i change first the thermostat or the sensors?
