Answer Hello Jose, There are many things that can cause this general symptom. You should see if the compressor and the fans are running. If so check to see if there is a frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer compartment. You need to check for power coming out of the main board to the compressor. If the compressor is not running and power is being supplied to it from the main control, remove the start relay and shake it. If it rattles, it will need to be replaced. If the compressor is running and there is a frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer, you should check the defrost heater, the defrost thermostat, the evaporator thermistor, the freezer thermistor, the fresh food thermistor, and the main board.
