Peter for Model Number GSH25JSTFSS My refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped cooling. The compressor sounds and appears to run fine, along with fan. No buildup of frost on evaporator coils. Evaporator fan runs fine. All seems to run as normal but not cooling. Tubing from compressor is cool when running, but not really cold. Could temperature sensor be issue? What else to check? Please help.
Answer Hello Peter, If the compressor is running and there is no cooling and no frost anywhere, the issue is going to be either a loss of Freon, a restriction in the sealed system, or an inefficient compressor.
