Meredith for Model Number PSS25SGNABS Hi I'm a little confused as to exactly how many thermistors I will need for my GE side by side refrigerator PSS25SGNABS. From the video looks like I would only need 2 but some where else mentioned needing 3. My freezer and refrigerator are both keeping a warm temp. This started about a few days ago and now the temperatures are holding steady at 19 and 45 degrees. I would like to try and replace the thermistors first before moving on to replace other things. Is this a good idea?
Answer Meredith, For this model there should be a thermistor in the refrigerator behind a small cover, and one down behind the lower drawer. There will also be another under another cover in the refrigerator compartment. To remove you use a flat blad screwdriver to pop the covers off. Read More...
